Same Boat Healing is a therapy practice that supports clients shoulder-to-shoulder and face-to-face. The idea that we are all sharing the "same boat" signifies that we don't have to face our struggles alone.
If you are experiencing the aftermath of trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, or anxiety, I am ready to walk with you on the path toward well-being. I enjoy working with people who are new to therapy (and maybe a little skeptical) who are looking to make meaningful change and don't know where to start.
